Happynings

I spent an amazing day in NYC with my niece & family.  This picture (thanks to my sister-in-law) pretty much captures the total joy & happiness of being in my favorite city in the world with my favorite girl in the world with my favorite building in the world (the Chrysler Building) peeking in just at the top of my phone.... 

Remember how I was all hatin' on Valentine's Day?  Well, my niece gave me this belated card & it made it all worth it...

My friends & I are all turning 40 this year...I'm the baby of the bunch (ha!) in August.  I was all set to buy one of my best friend's a sappy Kathy Davis card (I can't resist them) but then I saw this....

 way more fitting for the big 4-0, we're both excited for the start of our most decadent decade yet & it kind of looks like us too!

I was happy to see Biggie arrive in my mailbox the other day, he inspires me...

& continuing with the champagne party my sister sent me this picture.  Apparently if you're in the market for a Bentley this champagne compartment is an option.  I told her this is how we'll roll hittin' up all the designer boutiques when we win the mega millions (or when our payday comes in from working our asses off ;)...I can just hear Biggie's "Juicy" blasting out of the speakers as we cruise around NYC...Now We Sip Champagne When We Thirst-ay ;)
